Formatting and typesetting

Ordered Word can provide a professional look to your documents. You may not know how to make them 'look right' or you may lack the time or the software tools to do the job.

Ordered Word can take your documents and either:

• Format the documents using Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint, or 
• Typeset the documents using Adobe InDesign

Typeset documents can be sent to you in PDF format so that you can print them, or we can print them for you using our colour printer and send them to you, or they can be sent to a printing company for professional printing. We are happy to help manage the printing process for you.

Proofreading and editing

You may have an existing document or a website that you would like us to read through and alter based on the type of document/content and your audience.

Ordered Word can provide proofreading services to remove spelling/typing mistakes and fix other obvious errors.

Ordered Word can also provide editing services by marking up additional changes that will help make your words clear and concise. This can include: removing superfluous words, checking that you use terms consistently, and suggesting changes to keep your writing on track.

Writing and rewriting
